We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. While our website is secured by SSL technology, you may also place your order via telephone. You can reach Customer Service at 888-530-9846, Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM Pacific Standard Time.

 

2016 Holiday Shipping Deadlines

Ordering for the holidays?  Here are our deadlines for shipment in time for Christmas.

  • December 5, USPS International Priority (All Countries)*
  • December 12, UPS Ground (Domestic, 7-10 Business Days)
  • December 15, Free USPS Domestic First Class Shipping and USPS Domestic Priority 3-Day
  • December 19, UPS 2nd Day (Domestic)

* For international shipments, there may be duties and/or taxes imposed by the destination country upon delivery. Catherine Weitzman Jewelry is not made aware of these charges when shipping, and the recipient is responsible for payment.

All shipping costs are outlined below. 

 

Shipping

We ship with USPS and UPS for both domestic and international orders.  For domestic orders, we offer the following shipping options. 

  • USPS First Class with Tracking and Delivery Confirmation (domestic only, 7-10 days), Free
  • USPS Priority 3-Day, $7
  • UPS Ground  (5-7 business days),  $15
  • UPS 2nd Day, $30

For International Orders, we offer the following shipment options.  Please note, Catherine Weitzman Jewelry is not responsible for any local customs, duties, or taxes that may be incurred.  

  • USPS Priority International (varies by country, approx. 2-3 weeks), $35
  • UPS International Worldwide Saver (approx. 5 business days), $100
  • Fedex International (approx. 7 business days), $60

While most of the jewelry available on our website is in stock, some pieces may require longer delivery times. If you need your order by a specific date, please indicate this in the special instructions section of the order form and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you have ordered an item that is not available or delayed, you will be notified via email.

 

    Special Orders

    Because our jewelry is handmade, special orders are available. Please contact the studio if you are interested customizing chain lengths, stone colors, or if you have other special requests. Rose gold is available upon request and is considered a custom order.  Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for custom orders.  Special orders are not returnable.  

     

    Discounts

    Discounts cannot be combined.  Discounts are not valid during promotional offers.

     

    Returns

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase.  If for any reason you are not, you may return it within fourteen (14) days of your purchase for a refund, less shipping costs.  We are unable to refund shipping charges on returned items.  Items must be returned unworn and in original condition. Sale items are non-returnable. Please contact us first at 888-530-9846 or orders@catherineweitzman.com before sending in your return.  Once your return is processed, you will receive notification by email.  

    * Free Returns are available to delivery addresses within the 50 states of the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Free Returns are available to APO/FPO addresses when using a United States zip code only.  

    For your protection, we recommend sending your returns via a traceable carrier and in a box or well-padded envelope.  We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged while in transit to us.

     

    'Free Gift' Return Policy

    The free gift is based on the total of your order. If the value of your purchase drops below the required minimum after a return, we can’t treat you to a free gift. If you decide to keep the gift, we have to charge a reduced sum of $9.99.

     

    Repairs

    Catherine Weitzman stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our jewelry. If jewelry purchased through our website requires repair within one (1) year based on normal usage, please contact us to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and send us the item with your receipt. If charges apply, you will be notified prior to beginning the repair. Please allow up to 3 to 4 weeks for repairs.   Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer to process the repair.   For repairs, please contact repairs@catherineweitzman.com.

     

    Security

    All order information sent to our website is encrypted. We protect your online transactions by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. With SSL implemented on both your computer and our server, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered. However, in order for SSL security to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. Most browsers (Internet Explorer, Safari, Opera, Firefox, etc.), version 3.x and later, support SSL.

     

    Privacy

    We do not sell, share, or trade any of your information to any third party. We use cookies to store visitor preferences, record session information such as products added to the shopping cart, and record historical activity in order to provide you better service when you return to our website. The information we collect is used to improve your shopping experience, notify you about updates to our site, or to contact you regarding promotions, new products or upcoming events. We do not make your email addresses available to other organizations for commercial purposes.

     

    Green Policy

    Catherine Weitzman is committed to using reused and recycled materials and responsible suppliers wherever possible.  Items from nature are found - never taken - and all our metal and chain is recycled.  Our gold plating company also recycles metal and uses an environmentally-friendly water filtration system.
